Contact us first to report your issue, before taking any action or shipping the unit to us. Many times a problem can be solved with a phone call or email.

An RMA number will be required and provided if your problem is deemed to be covered by warranty.

Shipping costs are not included or covered in warranty claims. Buyer is responsible for both the cost of and use of adequate packing and for the costs of shipping the unit to us and for the return trip shipping.

Audio output & power transformers are covered by the manufacturer by their (6) month non-transferable warranty. Labor is included.

Tubes are not covered by a warranty or guarantee of any kind. Tubes are classified as consumable goods.

Resistors and capacitors carry no warranty to us once installed, however, we will cover the cost of replacements for failures for 90 days from purchase. Labor is included in the replacement. Shipping both ways is buyers responsibility.

Damage caused from abuse, misuse, electrical surges, lightening or moisture voids any and all warranty. Damages to units which have been altered from their original build configuration in any way are not covered by any warranty.
